How important is documentation to you? What are some issues you are aware of that require documentation?
Why is documentation important? How would you evaluate your documentation skills?
You are having a pretty normal day and your boss comes in and tells you that you are going to have a new assignment. It is something that you have not done before and are not interested in doing or learning. What do you do?

Explain the importance of hand washing and cleanliness in food preparation and handling.
Explain your understanding of infection control and describe any previous on-the-job experience you've had with it.
Are you aware of any regulatory issues that might impact this job? Have you ever had to interpret rules and guidelines for a job?
